An American singer, song writer, actress and TV personality Kelly Rowland is engaged. Tim Witherspoon Kelly’s current boyfriend and manager proposed to her firstly on Skype while she was in Bulgaria. Although this was not a typical way to ask someone to marry him she said yes. Later she added she didn’t have to think about her answer because he is also her best friend. They plan to have a very small wedding, just them and a pastor. She explains that in marriage there will be just the two of them too. They have been dating for three years.
